Well I'm not surprised. I have always held an aversion to the media. Consequently I never watch prime time news, it's all filtered and they don't report half of what is really going on in this world.

Did anyone hear about what happened to those poor children on that slave ship?

To answer your question, media censorship, political correctness, and a new definition of a "hood" (criminal) are reasons you do not hear about such stories.

There was a rare "tell it like it is" investigative story on this subject of sexual exploitation of white females by the "black mafia". ABC's 20/20 Investigative Reports about two years ago ran the story. As the report went a private investigator who was tracking the disappearence of young (blond mostly) white females from Iowa found that many of these young ladies were enticed into a sexual prostitution network runned by Jamacian organized crime groups (front groups for the traditional criminal syndicate "La Cosa Nostra" (Our Thing), the Italian Mafia based in Chicago and New York. You may want to check with ABC and see if they can provide a copy of the tape on that story.

Why there is no wide reporting of this? Its like many events and stories that do not get reported. The media is primarily an entertainment and single issue vessel that has been watered down and dumbed down and is not the respected journalistic medium it once was years ago. If you can get this book, "20 Years of Censored News, by Carl Jensen, published by "Seven Stories Press, 632 Broadway, 7th Floor, New York, NY 10012. This is a real eye opener of how important and significant news over the decades never were reported by the media.

Political correctness also has had an influence that has gone so far that its impossible to make commentary on anyone or group. Sensitivity has gone mad. The media is afraid to bring up the sensitive subject of race or ethnic groups without the threat of a lawsuit.

The changing nature of "the hood" (criminal) is not a factor in the minds of most Americans who still see organize crime as the preserve of the Italian Mafia. The traditional crime group like the Italian Mafia is being giving a run for their money by new competing groups like the Russians, the Columbians, the Nigerians, The Jamacians, The Chinese, and yes, the Japanese Yakuza. Americans are blinded by their ignorance as who the new criminals are among us. For instance, since jamacians are black, they look like all the other blacks (all look alike thinking) as far as most Americans are concern. So it get no play, and the media and politicians also put a lid on this story to prevent fears of a racial backlash. ~ Roberto

When we listen to or read about the NEWS, we are getting a canned version of it. The TRUTH is more often found when people like us get together in places like this message board and express ourselves without censorship. So you learn allot by sharing thoughts and ideas with other people this way. Isn't this like the GRAPEVINE.

I wonder why I NEVER hear of such stuff, I would think the media would be all over it, special investigative reports, those sorts of things, any thoughts on that Roberto?

I know exactly what your talking about, Roberto. Presently, I personally know a young lady who was kidnapped and taken across several states in a drug induced stupor. She had been to a party with her cousin. Her father is a veteran and with help from the FBI and other resources he was able to find her in time. She almost ended up in hell. She is extremely beautiful inside and out. Her father is African American and her mother is Korean. They have been together for many years. I am so thankful that their daughter was saved. This world is a scary place for our children.

Wrong answer. Questions asked is how we learn. The problem with this society today we do not ask enough questions to identify problems and to find solutions. Instead, look around you, people tend to want to live in their own hologram existence and not deal with the "Good, the Bad and the Ugly" of this world. The Good, yes interracial dating and marriage is increasing, which is showing a growing appreciation and tolerance of others. The Bad, racism still exist and polarization across the races will continue well into this new century. The Ugly, prostitution is relevant here, especially in the arena of interracial sexual relations. Black organized crime groups like the Jamacian "Posse" are involved in the traffic of young white females (many from Midwestern states) who are farmed like cattle for a highly profitable business of interracial sex. When I pose a question, I merely like to gauge where the thinking is or "lack there of" in people in general. Unlike many, I do not hide my head in the sand and pretend that life is all peaches and cream.

By the way, that business executive is white and the secretary is black and both are married. ~ Roberto

Who cares if he is married or not. Prostitution is a crime indeed!!! No matter who or what the 'players' are, it is a crime against nature. You know why? Because, no matter what, everyone involved is playing to a lesser god, and including themselves. I am getting irritated by these types of questions!!

Welcome back Rocky. Yes, the business man is married and so is the secretary. Is this not any different from using a woman (or man) for sexual favors by soliciting sex on the street, but in this case, its done in a more indirect and discreet way, but the goal to satisfy a need is still the same. Is this still prostitution, but in a different approach? ~ Roberto

Is the businessman married?

By Roberto (152.163.204.47) on Tuesday, April 24, 2001 - 12:42 am:

Somebody answer this question. What is the difference between a businessman taking his secretary out to dinner and to a hotel room compared to a married man picking up a prostitute and paying for her services? We are adults here. I would like intelligent responses please. ~ Roberto
