I've come to the belief that you get what you ask for in this world. If you accept disrespectful behavior, there are plenty of people in this world who would be more than happy to give it to you. I tell my female friends to stop telling me about what their "no good boyfriend/husband/lover" did to them last night, because to me, they are nothing more than unidicted co-conspirators. There is a ying and a yang.
Most women that I meet are not naive. They know a "player" when they see one. Most men I know aren't naive either. We know who the "chicken heads",and "skeezers" are. But a lot of people disreguard their best interests, or their gut instincts when faced with a chesire smile, ample endowments, or a firm pair of buttocks. I think there are many people who are actually better off spending the night cleaning the house/apartment, then running around with somebody destined to break their hearts.
