Keep track of polls in battleground states (e.g. FL, OH) a month prior to the election and that will tell you who'll win.
May as well add the electoral colleges to determine who will win since they matter more than the popular vote.
I remember a group of people screaming in my ear on this forum about Ron Paul could never win LOL...i love watching events unfold...
Early primaries kiddo. These stats were reflected back in 2004 when Dean was in the race and that fizzled out. Ultimately, if the TEA Party loses greater ground than they are now, then they'll stick with the "centrist-most" candidate.
There's only been one straw poll so far and Paul came in SECOND. I think it's kind of early to gloat.
This isn't Obama's country really, he's black. He is looked upon as a second class citizen even though he's the president. They need a white man in office, someone everyone can rally behind.
that crap doesnt fly anymore. if he was a second class citizen whyd he get elected to begin with. obama has been a dismal failure. you should not be labeled a racist for disagreeing with obama, and blacks shouldn't have to rally behind him just because he's non-white.
To call Obama a failure is very disingenuous and utterly short-sighted for so many reasons. I wouldn't call him a success either, but given the circumstances he's in and what he inherited, he's done a pretty decent job holding up the country, despite many vitriolic opposition from the far-right and it's Fear Machine Propaganda (FMP). Congress should take more of the blame (look at their polls) and more so, the very people that has caused our country to fall into a greater gridlock (TEA Party). Compromise has been the key to hold a country afloat but with a bunch of far-right lunatics in Congress (accompanied by the racists in the country), they refuse to work with this President and for anyone to say "this crap doesn't fly anymore" really need their heads examined. He may have been elected by the people, but some voted out of discontent with the GOP and now it'll be a repeat. Remember, this is a center-right country, but now we have a lot of teabagging blowhards who want this country to fail under this president's leadership. That is a strong cold case of anti-Patriotism.
Read the rest. And furthermore, define how he's solely responsible for the current situation this country's in?
Im talking about perspective from people. if you are a republican then no matter what happens he is wrong. If you are a black democrat then he is getting waxed by the racist
Fair enough. But speaking on a whole, if this country really failed then we would be a third world nation by now.
