I'm not advocating any of those as options... whatever works for you, if you choose to go that way.

I do, however advocate the adoption of a healthier lifestyle.

While it may not have been the direct cause of Heavy D's death, being overweight certainly contributed to it.

Before I pass on any more misinformation, the news is now reporting that air embolisms as the result of a long flight from London were the direct cause of Heavy D's death, but that he had some underlying health issues which contributed (they mentioned heart disease, weight, and sitting for a long period....)
