December 5, 2016 A mistrial has been declared in the trial of a South Carolina police officer charged with murder in the death of a black motorist. Circuit Judge Clifton Newman declared the mistrial after a jury said Monday that it was unable to unanimously agree on a verdict for Michael Slager. The judge had told jurors they could also consider a lesser charge of voluntary manslaughter. Slager was standing trial for shooting 50-year-old Walter Scott to death in North Charleston after stopping him for having a broken taillight. Cellphone video taken by a bystander of the shooting was shown widely in the media and on the internet and sparked national outrage. Race was never made a major issue at trial, even though Slager is white and Scott was black. Jurors had deliberated more than 22 hours over four days. Link
Just saw an interview with the coon who was the foreman of the jury. He said that Slager "didn't do anything malicious" in spite of the fact that he's on tape planting the fucking taser next to Scott. The 11 jurors voted to convict on manslaughter not murder. There's no standard for cops in the US whatsoever, and a majority of the population doesn't give a shit.
These next 4 years is going to be illuminating as fuck. Once the next crash happens and all these "reasonable" people have not net worth it's gonna be interesting

Why is there always one holy shit they don't get that kissing ass won't save him. It literally doesn't get any more clear and blatant. What does malicious look like then ?
Ex-Cop, Michael Slager, who shot and killed unarmed Walter Scott as he ran away is found guilty of second-degree murder and (could be) sentenced to the recommended 19-24 years by the Judge after he hears Scott's family and friends testimonies at sentence hearing.
Jews wouldn't let bread nor water passed their lips until they killed that mofo....but we...Black folks...don't even have a system in place deal with our coons.
He was just sentenced to 20 years in prison. Like @tariqnasheed said, he should've got life. https://twitter.com/tariqnasheed/status/938830069081894912 https://www.npr.org/sections/thetwo...4-years?utm_source=dlvr.it&utm_medium=twitter
