My training record since I ended my fast last week is below. I was away on Wednesday last week so couldn't do anything.

I want to start running regularly and I haven't done enough for my stomach but generally I'm satisfied. The stomach classes clash with spinning at my gym unfortunately.

I literally don't have any time for it anymore. My gym membership is pretty cheap tho for what they offer. Two gym memberships for me came to $49.44 a month.

Damn that sucks. Double shifts at the hotel?
My brother in law does that and he literally has no time either between my sister and the kids all he can do is sleep

Yeah, you got to do what you got to do. My jobs are simple as fuck tho so I can't really complain. If I hit the gym, it leaves me about 3 hours a day to sleep.

Shit done got real. On Monday I got on the scale weighing in at 2332lbs.I gained an whooping 38lbs in 9 months as a result of no physical activity and eating with wreckless abandon. I reached [IMG]

This is my biggest weightlost challenge yet and I'm looking forward to conquering it. All the time I always heard people excuses when it came to weight lost was "they don't have time" or "junk food is there only option" I always called bullshit on this and we will see who's right.

I'm surrounded by nothing but junk/comfort foods and have only 5 hours of me time per day.

I'm 229lbs as of today. Took it easy this week, 30 minutes of physical activity everyday eating an low carb diet. I did cheat having an double chocolate brownie from McCormick and Schmidt's and burger king but I ain't stressing, this is only week 1. My goal is to wear size 32w pants comfortably again. I'm 36w now but I'll be in 34w in a month.

Friday and Saturday's will be my cheat days but im Not going crazy with it like before, keeping it moderate. First day of eating healthy was the best my body has felt in months, it's like an detox. Skin is clearer, more alert, and more energy.

    That's what is feels like.

I was hoping to be 226lbs today but I was 227lbs. A bit disappointing but it's only day 3 of week 2 of hitting the gym. I am so looking forward to my cheat weekend. My pants are loser around my thighs which I'm thankful for. They were choking the hell out of me prior to this. My pants are sagging a little which is a good sign but annoying.

    My workout plan:

    Sunday, Tuesday, Thursday: 30 minute cardio on treadmill. 10 minutes 8mph 5 minutes 3mph, 5 minutes 6mph, 5 minutes 3 mph, and 5 minutes 6mph.

Monday, Wednesday, Friday: 30 minutes of weight lifting.

Dumbbell Press 50x10 2 sets Incline Dumbbell Press 50x10 2 sets

25 cruches 50 bicycle kicks 5 reverse crunches 2 sets

    Dumbbell Curls 30x10 4 sets

Dumbbell Shoulder press 35x10 4 sets

Dumbbell Shoulder Shrugs 50x25 1 set

Dumbbell Kick Backs 20x10 4 sets

Bent Dumbbell Rows 50x6 4 sets

    Treadmill 5 minutes 8.1mph

    Eating:

Breakfast is tuna fish, soup, and yogurt usually

Lunch is salads and an hamburger patty with american cheese dipped in ketchup

I snack on pepperoni, cheese, bacon, and apples throughout the day

Eating sounds good and the cardio sounds good too
Are you injured you? You could be lifting way more and it burns up that fat real good. I eat like shit (gotta do better with it) and I still lose because I go pretty heavy.
Today is biceps, back, and legs

    Long bar curls 95lbs x 8 115lbs x6 115lbs x 6 95lbs x 8
    Bent over rows 185lbs x 6 225lbs x 4 225lbs x 4 185lbs x 6 (smith machine)
    Smith Machine Squat 275 x12 2 sets

    Concentration curls 60lbs x 10 70lbs x 8 70lbs x 8 60lbs x 8
    Smith Machine dead lift 275lbs x 6 2 sets 305lbs x 6 2 sets
    Leg press 540lbs x 8 2 sets 630lbs x 6 2 sets

Machine bicep curls 160 lbs x 8 then rack the whole thing for reps 2 sets
Lat pull down chin up hand placement 200lbs x 15 2 sets
Machine leg press rack the whole thing for two sets of 25

Not trying to tell you what to do just from what I've seen you're definitely capable of more. I'm a chicken weakling lol

What about legs? Squats?????????? (225 lbs 8 reps 3 set free weights) would be great for starters. I say free weights because they force you to stabilize your core.
