Bout god damn time!!! Looking amazing!!! Keep 'it' up!! LOL. Looking like Meth in that second last pic Johnny boy. Haha. You motivate me to work extra hard. That pre workout shit had me weeding the garden, mowing the lawn, doing flips down the, driveway until 3am this morning. Shit potent!! I love it!

I think I have enough juice in my tank to cut my mile to 5:46.

I found my sweet spot, I increase the speed .2 mph each time I meet a goal. When I increase beyond that speed, I crash and burn early.

Tough run, legs were sore and felt like jello to begin with.

Race day is just 2.5 weeks.

I did my last long run this weekend past which 10.39 miles. On weekdays I tend to do short runs. Yesterday was 3.32 miles, but at a faster pace since daylight was quickly disappearing.

Trying to get back in it.

Took 1 week off because I was immensely tired all of the time which was really affecting my workouts negatively to the point I had 0 desire to work out anymore. Thought I be good week 2 but still really tired. Week 3 started a new job and had no time to focus on anything. Hit the gym yesterday for 15 minutes... did some light shit to get my body acclimated to weights again. Will go for a light 15 minute jog today.

I'll be getting back to my regular workouts (and walking) this weekend. I ran my half marathon last weekend and kinda laid low this week. I will do some running to stay on run shape since I have the Marine Corp 10k in 2 weeks.

    How did it go?

I'm stilll in the gym doing my thing. I'm at a bit of a standstill, running a 6mph pace and can only do 30-41 push ups. I see my abs a bit more but I weigh 230lbs so I haven't made any real progress the past few months.

One highlight tho, I got sick of doing the same routine exercises and my shoulder was feeling ok so I gave the smith machine bench press a try for a first time in many years since I fucked up my left shoulder bench pressing. I was able to do 315lbs inclined. I will try to stick with it and work my way up to 350lbs hopefully.

    Paniro, where you at?
