    It depends how funny the joke is. Louis C.K. says the N-word all the time and has received zero backlash from it.

    Then again..I don't make a habit out of listening/paying attention to white guys who use it in comedy

    There's waaaaayyyy too much history there

    He's on netflix tho...maybe I'll look into it

    I've heard more offensive stuff. Comedian Jimmy Carr gets away with far worst stuff.

    It seems like every week some social justice warriors get offended over something.

    I watched tropic thunder on fx and they replaced every instance of 'retard' with special

    That prompted me to google the scenario and voila, there's a movement to like ban the word n shit

    I've even seen people comparing it to the n-word

    the problem was that people was using it as an insult and backing it up with harrassment. there are some mean people out there
