    This list is stupid.

Is the M. Noir site trying to "out" celebs ala Daughtry (whom they are only guessing about)? If so the site is already too late.

Most of this information is old news. The only surprises for me were Channing and the dweeb who married Ashley Simpson. And the site got it wrong by claiming The Rock is one of those black people in Hollywood who is trying to hide his identity. Wrong. He has never denied his heritage. He simply doesn't let it define him.

Yeah, a lot of them I already knew about. I had read about Carol Channing somewhere and it did surprise me, although I always knew there was something about her.

i thought everyone knew Slash was a brotha

supposedly he came to blows with Axl Rose, because he used to talk about blacks on occasion and that didn't sit well with Slash.:smt099

Pete wentz was a shocker tho...lmao..that was left field for me

Slash is not a "brotha" and didn't come to blows with Rose because he talked bad about Black people.

What happened to the one drop rule? My ex bf was adamant that if you had even one drop of black blood, you were black. Period.

    Your ex was misguided.

You don't see white people claiming folks that don't even have white features.

I feel the same way...if you don't have Black features you're not Black.

You'd be hard pressed to convince him of that. If you're bi-racial, you're at least part black and in his mind, that made you black. Like Obama.

    Ah... nothing like double standards.

You need pure whitness to be considered white but all it takes is 1/20th of a drop to make you "black".

That kind of logic deserves a heavyweight punch in the nose til it bleeds.

I know lots of Black people who's minds are still contaminated by the Jim Crow one drop rule.
