I just got done watching "Resurrection" a couple days ago. I was defintely satisfied seeing Omar Epps & Devin Kelley get together in the series finale.

 

I'm starting up on "Crisis" off the strength Young Herschel's posts. I hope he wasn't wrong.

 

Crisis has been cancelled after one season it had some potential.

White ex-husband/Hunter = Nick Blood

 

I'm watching the new Season 3 premiere right now. Hopefully they don't go away from this potential Bobbi-Mack IR 'ship & act like it didn't exist, like they did last season with Elizabeth Henstridge/Simmons & B.J. Britt/Triplett.

 

That's the episode where Geordie has a dream date with the holographic image of a noted scientist(Geordie has had two such visits in the Hollodeck). The scientist and Geordie meeting in the flesh and she is not pleased about an alteration to a reactor design and function on board the Enterprise. I don't think that the actress was white
Light skinned black or biracial, Latina, perhaps. But not white. It's been years since I saw that episode and I think that LeVar Burton was treading carefully. I don't think that the episode caused any controversy because the scientist was married.

 

The actress playing Geordie's hologram love interest (he married the real doctor she was based upon in an altenative future) was very, very much white.

The role was played by actress Susan Gibney. Here's an interview she gave in 2014.

 

Cool. I never knew of this interview. Would have made a sexier Janeway that's for sure.

 

She would have been a better looking Catherine Janeway. The first actress in the command chair was Genevieve Bujold and she dropped out pretty quick. So, Kate Mulgrew from Ms. Columbo got the part. And the rest is history.
