I totally agree with your sentiment, But it seems to me that Hillary and the DNC will be just as complicit as Bernie supporters of allowing Trump to come to power.

Hillary has record high unfavorables for a presumptive nominee, she has a possible criminal indictment looming, and worse of all, she is no longer beating Trump in the polls. Bernie is the only candidate still in the race with a positive favorability, he has no "scandals" that we know of, and he still polls way better than Trump in a head to head.

If keeping Trumpzilla out of the White House was that important to Hillary and her people, she should be just as willing to acquiesce to the stronger candidate, as they expect Bernie to be.

Hillary Clinton and her type are NOT the future of the Democratic Party.

Bernie Sanders may not be the perfect candidate for the future of the Dems, but he's much closer to that future than Hillary could ever hope to be.

Be careful where you get your news sources from.

Newsmax and the Daily Caller are right wing media groups who push conspiracy theories about progressives.

They are same ilk as the conservatives in the 1990s who tried to sell the idea the Clintons murdered Vince Foster to cover up White Water.

All of Hillary's emails have been released and there is no credible accusation she shared classified info with a foreign government and no evidence her email server was hacked.

BTW serious, top secret State Department business is not conducted through emails. It's done in private meetings, face to face briefings and hard copy dossiers.

You really believe Hillary is that stupid and corrupt??
Even when Patraeus shared classified info, when he did it he was trying to impress a woman he was having sex with. He didn't share classified info with any malice to hurt the U.S. military.

You're trying to tell me you believe Hillary Clinton is a traitor against the country and sold state secrets for money donated to the Clinton Foundation through foreign governments?

IMO you need to take a step back on that one.

That's on the level of Aldrich Ames.

The Daily Caller is floating theories with no evidence.
You really need to understand that. They are engaged in a smear campaign and it's exactly what happened to the Clintons in the 1990s.

The only confirmed crime the Clintons were guilty of was Bill lying about a blowjob.

What's wrong with Hillary is she's a little too corporate and too centrist.

30 years ago she'd be called a republican.

But that was before the Bernie Effect.

If she expects to have any support from the liberals in Congress, she's going to have to govern from the left of Obama or she's going to be isolated.

As for Trump, you don't become a top real estate developer in NYC without being familiar with corruption.

Trump has probably paid more out in bribes since the 1980s than most Americans will make in a lifetime.

And his mob connections are real, since you can't get casinos built without them.

Trump is and always has been a hustler and a con man.
He's not worth $10 billion dollars and he's not self-financing his presidential campaign.

In fact as he prepares to run in the general election, Trump plans to pay himself back for the money he spent in the primaries.:p

Other than real estate, a few golf courses and The Apprentice, all of Trump's other businesses have been failures.

His run for the presidency will be no different.

There is no criminal indictment looming for Hillary.:smt037
The DOJ and FBI haven't even requested an interview with Hillary which tells you how 'serious' the email investigation really is.

The FBI investigates crimes. They aren't some powerless congressional sub-committee. Anyone under investigation by the FBI (Hillary) has an exponentially higher chance of getting indicted than people who aren't.

As for why they haven't interviewed her yet? I don't know, I doubt anybody outside of the Bureau knows all the moving parts of an investigation of this type.

The FBI is the federal government's police. Being investigated by them doesn't assume there's a greater likelihood of being charged with something.

If you're a low level management employee at the Dept. of Agriculture and someone reports a theft a three PCs from a conference room, guess what??

The FBI is going to investigate. Also the FBI investigates everyone who might have relevant info about criminal conduct.

If the DOJ had appointed a special prosecutor to investigate Hillary's emails, that would be much more ominous.

From a practical standpoint and understanding politics in Washington, D.C., Hillary serves under Barack Obama, the man who appointed her to Secretary of State.

Attorney General Loretta Lynch, head of the DOJ, was just appointed by BHO.

The only way those two drop the hammer on Hillary is if they believe she committed a felony or seriously jeopardized the national security of the country.

If Attorney General Lynch appointed a special prosecutor instead of instructing the FBI to investigate Hillary, she would be admitting she and the POTUS felt a serious crime was committed and due to possible conflict of interest they were removing themselves from the process of investigating her.

General Patraeus got busted because his lover wrote a book about the Iraq War that contained classified info a civilian could not know without a source.

It was easy to connect the dots back to Patraeus since he was her main source.

People are speculating Hillary might have done something criminal based on nothing at all.

Some of her emails were marked as classified retroactively by the State Department.

Any other crime on Hillary's part is total conjecture and wish fulfillment.

I'm not sure, but I think you're right. I'm not going to ask them right out, anyway. I'll just pay attention to what they say. Especially, since I'll have Genk Yuger or Rachel Maddow on in the background. People like that tell on themselves more often than not. There's also their FB pages. People love their political memes.

    Well said
This is a fight for the future and the present but unfortunately our people are plain dumb. The obvious and only choice was always Bernie Sanders but people were so stuck on the idea he wouldn't get anything done because of congress. Then get off your lazy ass and vote out all the assholes hindering collective progress. Do more than bitch and moan and actually go to a school and pull a lever for a better tomorrow. It's simple as fuck but people would rather whine about socialism being bad not even taking the time to recognize that he's talking about democratic socialism but whatevs

You're talking about the uninformed which is true but the stupidity in this country is on a level I never knew possible. So many assholes voting against their own interest and the future of their kids.

This is probably why Trump wants to be president in the first place. He doesn't care anything about people or this country. He already has more money than he can spend. There is no way for this to benefit him at all unless he uses this to help him grow as a person. (not happening)

Instead of working on something he may enjoy like art, fitness, craftsmanship, additional studies, space exploration, flying fighter jets or actually learning how to become a successful businessman in different industries. He craves conflict and misery instead.

I would disappear from the face of the earth in Fiji somewhere with a lot less.

Ego is right, I almost forget just how pathetic some people really are.
I can see why Hilary wants it but Trump's ego is like a cancer.

I have lived in America and visited America regularly since i was 14, i know how Americans think and i do know one thing, the last thing an American would want is to be ridiculed abroad because it is drilled in the heads of most Americans the theory of American exceptionalism hence they cannot be seen as dumb outside America.

It will be a cold day in hell before Trump wins.

Yup! In Trump's case... He already has more money than he'll ever need, and he'd love to be able to say he's the most powerful person on the planet.
