I've found women not in college place a higher value on a persons $. While women in college are very very superficial when it comes to looks even expecting men way beyond their league. That's just my take on dating in the adult world after high school.

I recommend Ukraine but honestly, I would try Russia. Most men don't go because -

• You need a Visa to go. It cost $95 and unless you live in one of the major cities where an embassy is located, its unlikely you'll go there or send your passport for them to approve your Visa.
• None of the major Bride Tour companies are going to Russia. A noted industry veteran and critic believes its because those companies have worn out their welcome.

But in your favor is that Russian women are EVERYWHERE. I've know a man who met his wife on the subway in Moscow. The infrastructure of marriage agencies already existed in Russia (and Ukraine) WAY before the fall of the USSR and the invasion of US owned bride tours in the late 90's. For a small fee any of these companies will allow you to go through their database (the same databases that bride tour companies use) and pick out a few women.

Western Europeans are less concerned about your financial potential. They put more importance on quality of life in Western Europe. You have much more time off, paid family leave, paid maternity leave and paid child care. Free or low cost education is available in most EU countries.

Finland has the best school system according to OCED and UN.

Americans by and large are stupid or at least distracted by the wrong thing. Some actually believe its better to put their children into a private for profit school rather than do the hard work of improving our public schools. In the 1960's and 1970's California had THE state of the art school system not just in the US but the world and guess what model the Finish adopted; OURS!

They do a much better job with it. Like most things in America there is a racial element here. White flight out of the inner cities and into the suburbs meant badly needed school funds were shifted to those schools and not the schools where mostly children of color go to school.

The US is fundamentally fucked up or FUBAR. The reset button needs to be pushed. The national debt is not our problem, growing inequality, unemployment (U6-23%), the devaluing of dollar (worth .76 on the Forex exchanges) and a dysfunctional Government on climate change are our REAL problems.
