LOL. Dude still presented Patrice O'Neil's material as if it were his own. He deserves to get all the hate that came his way.

If he was trying to get some attention to get a gig on radio, he should have put together a media package or sought out a local talent agent to help get him an interview.

He went about the whole situation wrong and now he sounds defensive.

You don't take another comic's routine and recite it as if it were your own original material.

He goes on to say how is it he was able to get away with it for so long...well the reality is Patrice O'Neal was a second tier comedian at best in terms of his popularity and name recognition..he wasn't on Chris Rock or Dave Chappelle or Eddie Murphy in his hey day level.. he was considered a comedians comedian meaning people in the industry LOVED the shit outta him but as far as being a household name he just..wasn't.

How many years did Carlos Mencia get away with ripping off other comedians material before he got busted? Who busted him...joe rogan..who the fuck is joe rogan?? How many people knew the guy who hosted Fear Factor was even a touring stand up comic?? And the material Mencia ripped came from other second tier comics most people haven't heard of which is why he was able to make a huge career off it BEFORE getting busted.

Kain gained 95 MILLION views based off the strength of material he ripped from Patrice..thats in the social network era...If Kain Carter came out before youtube he would have had a fucking sitcom and HBO special by now.

And he keeps going on about his intentions but only thing to say to that is...the road to hell dude.

The question is now that its exposed..can he recover with his own shit and still keep the popularity?
