Can only speak from my experience, but in high school, remember one white girl with quality ass. Girls weren't trying to hide their asses either. Some had thick thighs and maybe an ok ass. Might have had hips but lacked in the ass or some other missing factor. But like I said, only one had that bubble butt. The blacks and latinas had the onion booties(Not small, sporty butts, which are still nice) though and they knew it. As far as from what I've seen, while white girls do have ass and had it back when I was growing up, they just didn't have the numbers.

I'm not saying what's the norm or typical in the black community was the norm or typical in the white community at all. I'm just saying there were lots of us out there with the butts but were hiding and thought badly about ourselves. You all are rather young. I remember in the late 70s even I had a friend from Guam who had a bubble butt. She was the only one in her family (6 kids) they were relentless with her. She thought she was fat and ugly and hid from people. Now, she would be celebrated. We all grew up that the 11-12 year old boyish body was what was celebrated. If you had big boobs, ass, and thighs you played it down.
