DAmn. They're trying to charge her with 3 felonies. I was hoping she could avoid jail, but that doesn't look like it's possible. Somebody snitched her ass out, but she still shouldn't have been scamming public assistance. Her life is about to be officially fucked up.
Amazing that she felt it was worth the consequences for less than $9,000 total for 2 years. She deposited $84,000 in that same amount of time (that's what they could easily find that she deposited into her bank account) when she's claiming to only be getting $300 a month from friends. No one had to snitch on her or go out of their way to go gunning for her....get real. Her face was all over the place, she was on all sorts of shows, etc. Any case worker should be able to figure out something wasn't adding up.
She should have just went and found a second career in porn after her first debacle. Her bills would've been paid and she could have all the black men she ever wanted. It's a win-win but she fucked it up. Oh well.
Did you see her Netflix documentary? She's quite a talented artist. She could get $5000-$10,000 per painting easily with her notoriety especially in Europe or Japan. But again she fucked up on some welfare shit in true ghetto fashion
I thought it was common knowledge the IRS tracks sums over 10k deposited in your account within a certain time. Guess she knows now. Arresting her is because she's a public figure usually for money that small they give you time to pay the taxes owed plus penalty
It's common knowledge to people who handle money or whose business it is to transport/wire it. Anybody who'd do petty shit like welfare fraud probably wouldn't be up on that info

I think it has to do with her being a train wreck and lying about being black thing. I, personally, find it amusing that when non black people attempt to imitate us, they tend to take on mostly the worst characteristics that we are stereotyped with. And rarely take much of the good of any at all. This woman is a prime example.
