Atheism is not based on science, it's a religion, and is based on theory, that is not science.

There is plenty of science out there to prove the Bible, people have tried to disprove it many times, by using science, and they have realized they can't.

If you really do have an OPEN mind, I could point you to some REAL research that has been done. But if your open mind is only open to those who agree with you it wouldn't do you any good anyway.

 

Here in the U.S. it's still the law. The pledge of allegiance is recited in every public school every day.

 

Private schools as well. At my old school, we had to pledge to the american flag, the christian flag, and the bible.

I used to be pretty quiet, too. But I got over it. I prefer speaking my mind. People don't like it very much, but I really don't care. *L* I don't have much of a filter anymore between my mind and my mouth.

Hm. I used to be a junior in a US highschool and they didn't say the pledge. There were a lot of prayers though, as it was a private Christian school.

Science is based on falsifiable facts. So that last line was what we in sweden call a joke.

There are different types of science out there. Just off the top of my head, "divination" is considered, "the art of predictive science."

I think all religions/cults are based on theory. Why not?

Atheism is a belief system that denies the existence of God which cannot be proven, and the very idea must be taken "by faith" in the "belief" that there is no God.

That makes it a religion!

I have not decided, nor have I said You are bad, evil, or horrible. IMO - Only Satan and those who have turned their back completely on Love have become truly evil. Deeds may be evil, bad, and horrible, but not people.
