    I don't know if I'd trust this research. I'll pass on the bible and all that, I might take up Christianity on my death bed... just to hedge my bets just incase, which I doubt, old guy really is up there.

    It's not a belief-system. You may have completely missed that, but the one single feature of atheism that makes it, well, atheism, is that it is a non belief in the existence of any sort of deity/s.
    It's not that I walk around and believe and think about the not existence of god in the same way that a christian or muslim believes in God/Allah. I just don't believe.

    There is no void inside me where religion should be.
