I've trimmed mine before back when I wore bangs & I've dealt with cutting off split ends between cuts since my hair guy died.

That's good. It sounds like you handled it pretty well. I had a lesbian come on to me back in school when I was 19. I was definitely not interested. What's funny is that no one realized she was even female for months after she statred school there. She dressed as a guy & she kinda looked like Joe Dirt except for the facial hair. It was my crotch-watching roomate who pointed out to everyone that "he" had a "coochie print" under his tight pants, so her secret was out. After it was out, the come ons got worse. I tried to be nice about it, but she wouldn't go away. I told her I wasn't lesbian, and she told me she could "convert" me. That was when I told her that she was gonna get hurt if she didn't leave me alone. She didn't take me seriously & decided to cop a feel & actually grabbed my friggin' crotch! I went off & beat the shit out of her. I never saw her around campus again after that. It blew my mind, because over the years I've had a few gay & lesbian friends who have never gotten out of line like that with a straight person.

You wouldn't be talking about your jingle-bobs would you?

Was this crotch watching friend a he or she(I bet a he). If it is a she, then wow!

That's right you tell them that you are strictly ...

My crotch-watching friend is female. If there was a guy around, she was checking out his package. I just wish she wouldn't voice her opinions of each package so loudly in public. It is so embarassing. That was almost 20 years ago & she still hasn't changed.

It doesn't make much sense does it? If you tell a gay person who likes you that you strictly like the opposite sex, they typically respect that. Maybe the one I dealt with was trying to prove she was man enough for me or something (after all, she did cross-dress lol). I really don't get it.

Ouch. I I'm sorry that it had to come to that. But to be honest, there are people like that, be it gay or straight, who would go beyond the miles and limitations and try and cross the line with you by invading your personal space. Sure, touching the shoulder or the back would be more "courteous", but actually grabbing your crotch?! That did deserve an ass-whooping!

At the same time, there is a small bit of pathos.

But yes, the guy (Adrian) is a cool dude. But he's trying to go places now by attending culinary school, so he can have his own cooking business as the head chef. I'm happy for him. But, I think now...given the circumstances, he would try and see if he could "convert" or have me open myself to men. Truth be hold, he's only fooling himself.

:) Maybe you should lose the hat? Just ad advice :D

You are so nice. Not many guys would still talk to a man when they get to know he's gay. :)

I was off from work. I don't wear my hat there. :) Besides, losing the hat would mean losing a part of me.

I'm not one of those hypocritical pseudo-liberals who are nice from a distance. I try and be as consistent with my personal philosophies as much as I should. I have friends who are transgendered and transsexual, gay, straight, all ethnic groups, all religions, special needs, and what have you. Life's too short to be an asshole and close-minded. Meet the world, I say.

:) You misunderstood me. I said I never bring my hat to work at all. I only wear it when I'm at school or just on casual outings or otherwise.

It's true both straight & gay folks cross the line from time to time. I've reacted the same way to guys putting their uninvited hands on me.

It is sad, though, but I did try to be nice about it. She insisted on ignoring my "thanks but no thanks", so it got ugly.

Hopefully Adrian will be willing to leave the issue alone, so it won't have to get awkward.

I agree. Most men would run like hell.

    1. You know, I'm surprised "Dudie" didn't fight back and just been beaten down like a crazy stepchild.

    2. I think when men come across other men who are sexually attracted to men, the psychological aspects start to kick in dramatically. The straight guy would then get unsettled by the interaction with a guy because of his sexual orientation.

    Lol!
    1. When I get that mad, even a "Dudie" doesn't get much chance to fight back. That & he/she was probably surprised I snapped.

    2. It's like a friend of mine commented once, that when a straight man crosses paths with a gay man, his butt cheeks clench & the fight or flight response kicks in & he runs as fast as he can. I asked him why he'd take flight rather than fight, and he said it was because straight men are afraid that a gay guy might win.

How do men look like shit? I'm not sure that's even possible.

You know a lot of guys don't dress GQ all the time, or even wear matching anything, so it doesn't really catch my attention, and I wouldn't consider it looking like shit Kush. Though that reminded me, what is up with folks wearing their damn jammies out in public? At Wal-mart the other night I passed a woman as I was leaving who had on pajama bottoms, house slippers, and a pajama shirt with no bra on... now she looked like shit. :smt018

Yea most guys dont give a shit most of the time (exception metrosexuals).

Lol I see ALOT of women who dress like that at Wal-Mart (it really looks bad when they look ashy). That is one positive ab being a guy, you dont have to look your best all the time.

    1. Hahaha, so you're telling you haven't heard from her since? You probably had her whimpering in the shadows somewhere, crying about getting her ass kicked. And then play it off as if she's just faking the beatings.

    2. That's exactly the kind of reaction they get. Often times with guys, it's generally a sign of them not being comfortable, not so much with the gay guy, but their own insecurity. Even when a guy confronts a lipstick lesbian, the reaction would be different, but the reason for it is relatively the same.

I don't ever expect to run into her again, but it was a long time ago (almost 20 years). What was strange is that before the incident, I saw her all over campus; afterwards I never saw her again. I think she must have left school.

I've hired gay male cashiers at my store before & sometimes my regular male customers worry that these guys are checking out more than their purchases. The lesbians don't seem to phase them though.
