Now that.... was a bitching admission of evidence for the closing statement......However your honor,.... my client was still in a raging state of mind at the time.......he has since graduated to a state of neutrality wanting only peace for both parties.......Evidence also exist that he even attempted to act as a mediator to bring about a truce. but failed due to the inflamed climate of the dispute.........Surely, the court should consider throwing out this evidence.......
