The beauty of nature

Inspired by Tam’s quote, if I may suggest a new thread, how about photos of beautiful things which are totally natural, nothing man-made? I would rule out domestic pets as they are “man made” as they’ve been moulded to how we want them to look, but wild animals are OK. Some natural things I find beautiful are:

    Rainbow eucalyptus bark

    Pebbles in Devon

    Lettuce lichen

No worries. That one is mostly nature scenes & I don't see any reason to get this one deleted. There can never be too much beauty on the board. ;)

My mom is fascinated by Colorado clouds and I always take pic of them for her. These are taken at Daniels Park buffalo preserve right next to my neighborhood. Taken with my old crappy Blackberry too.......so apologies.

For persprective. The preserve is hundreds of feet above a man made golf course (I know against the rule) and there are ledges and rock tables they put on the edge so you can eat or sit in the middle of no where and watch for the buffalo. I have a pic of a waterfall I took there but can't find it right now. :( I spend a lot of time hiking on the rocks and ledges.

We've just come out of Autumn, the most beautiful time of year. I've been loving driving through my neighbourhood.. I have specific streets I choose to drive down (even though they're out of my way) because I love their Autumn trees so much.

I also love stepping on crunchy leaves, I go out of my way to find the crunchiest :)

Each sunset is but a moment of awe
    Divine beauty at it’s best
    Surrounded by peace and serenity
    Don’t take for granted
What has been graced upon us
    But enjoy and savor
And give thanks for the creation
At the end of the day, this is what it's all about....beauty from God....
