Anyone who votes for a Republican Presidential candidate in 2012 has no right to bitch when they slash and burn the Federal government and hire outside contractors to do the work for a profit.

You can't elect people to run the country who HATE the Federal government.

That's like a woman dating a man who hates women.

There must be something in the water for people to believe these fuckers aren't pure evil incarnate. Wow just wow.

Tell me where Democrats have advocated deficit neutral spending, EVER??
The Dems LOVE the Federal government and want to enlarge it.

I think we should find greater efficiencies in the government, but wholesale slashing of government agencies like the FDA, FEMA, Dept of Education and the EPA, no that's a GOP wet dream, zero regulations and no income taxes, not a liberal agenda.

There are philosophical and ideological differences between the parties, even if in many cases the outcome appears to be the same.

If you hate a centralized government on principle, I advise you to move to one of those war ravaged 'countries' in Africa in the midst of perpetual civil wars.

If the Republicans have their way, the side with the most bullets and the biggest guns will run this country, and not the rule of law.

What do you mean IF they had their way. Did you see the debt ceiling deal? We have absolutely no representation. We are living in a facist country anyone else who thinks differently isn't paying attention

That's why I stopped talking politics with people on this forum. Stupid people take pride in their stupidity.

If your best comeback is derision or some stupid insult without EXPLAINING what you really mean, you my friend are the one who's coming across like he's mentally challenged.:smt017

Lobbyists run Washington, D.C., not elected representatives.
Lobbyists who work for very WEALTHY special interests.
The American people stopped having their needs spoken for in D.C. decades ago.

Whose fault is that. If ever there was an opportunity to change things its now. What would happen if citizens actually pooled money for our own lobbying groups, there are hundreds of thousands of well educated people who are civic minded who would love to do something like that.

Yeah, if 100 million like minded Americans pooled their resources, we could accomplish almost anything.:D

We don't even need that much but unfortunately things aren't bad enough. I would love to see just one riot one little example of political will

I just hope the voters have a longer attention span to vote them out.
