clearly there is a double standard that lippy needs...feels the need to point out... when someone goes on a all women that like black men are fat and old...if a woman steps up to defend women then that woman is automatically batshit crazy, dusty pussy old woman but... if a man steps up to defend he is just a man defending his honor not wanting to be lumped in with all the other men it has also been said that if you protest too much then the subject matter must apply to the person making the fuss just wanted to clarify that the wind blows in more than one direction
You misunderstood. I don't care if any of these men are attracted to me. 3 of the 4 of them are married. My point with that post was that I've never felt so isolated in my life with this group before. They're all really nice guys, but as soon as they entered that place it was like they were either horny teenagers who had never seen a woman dressed like that in their lives or they had just come back from a year long excursion in the Arctic Circle where they were without live women. It was ridiculous. Like I said, I've been to Hooters with these guys and it was never an issue with them. But today the only acknowledgement that I was sitting with them was the joke they said of "Bookie, you're blocking our view of the women". Dear God, really? They could have looked and still held a conversation that included everyone at the table, right? That was my big issue. I didn't need them acknowledging me as a female, it would have just been nice to be acknowledged as a fellow human sitting at the table with them, ya know?
True, and there is a whole lot more double standards going on here - one is the "some" thing that someone keeps griping should not have to be used, but all of a sudden, it needs to be used, because the shoe is on the other foot.
The more im on here...the more I realize how unpleasant a few of the women on here may actually be in person... Misery...Decay...Bitterness...Myopic...Judgemental...Flimsy....Lonely...Callus...& Feminist can be used to describe about 4 women I have had the displeasure of running across on the various threads.
Of course, it's just the women, right? Little do you know, many of us know each other off the forum... and we're fucking PLEASANT.

I wasn't assuming it was me, I just found it funny that you were only calling out the women. I mean, can you really deny that we have our fair share of jackass men roaming around here, too? I think you've caught us all during an ugly period. The forum mood shifts in waves... lots of ups and downs. We're clearly in a down right now. Take it with a grain of salt. We'll scream, yell, claw, and rant...but eventually, things will calm down.
