I know you don't live here but NYC is the only place where I have ever seen so many billionaires and millionaires living in such close proximity with abject poor. Wall St and places like the upper east side are only a good 25 minutes from places like Parkchester in the Bronx or Queensbridge Queens or about 15 minutes from Harlem(the bad parts not the hipster spots) Its angering to think the NYPD wants to be billy bad ass with peaceful protestors but not a single fuck charge against the source of why the protestors are out there. Its been long argued that the police are only a coercive apparatus of the rich to keep the poor in line since the same rules rarely if ever apply. Like I said knowing the history and climate of NYPD against bm I commend his outspoken bravery. Could be another cultural misunderstanding baby doll.

I mean honestly they committed fraud. no different from what richard scrushy did for health south, enron and kenneth lay and so on. the people packaged high risk debt and put it in with low risk debt and gave them AAA ratings and told investors its a good risk.. that is fraud. everyone noted it as fraud but they gave them nothing. its no different than changing the financial statements to make it look better so they can get people to invest in the business. never mind Im mean honestly. explain to me what the law says about those deriviates they were pushing along with other bullshit.

play smart the guy is brave, but should have played his game smarter, shouting gives the police and excuse to see you as delinquent and then comes the beat down. When you know the rules you can play close to the edge, he could have got his ass arrested for disturbing the peace. Brave? yes. Smart? No.

not quite sure how many protests you've been to, but i don't think he would be able to reach the same amount of people under those conditions, without some sort of yelling or raising his voice
