This is in MD. It's in Cecil Co - there is a marina just off Rt 213 on Glebe Rd, on the Bohemia River above where it dumps into the Chesapeake Bay.

 

Cool I thought it looked like Maryland. Never been to Cecil County(Md Eastern Shore). Looks nice.
