people dont necessarily accept accidents...if they did then why did people/govt campaign for seat belts and crash tests and have cars engineered for crash. example; a car made in germany must meet the crash spec's for america if you buy it germany and transfer here .

guns dont have those kind of restrictions.

lastly you can not compare guns to cars due to the intended use.

Who cares about intended use if the results are the same. If our concern was all about safety we'd be a public transportation only society which would make automobile fatalies virtualy disappear but we accept thousands of lives being lost psr year as a result of being able to drive.
We have 20000 regulations on guns I wish you people would stop actin like theyre available like buying gum. And like Ive said a dozen times before theres nothing wrong with registration I dont see why that keeps coming up.
And if the purpose is to reduce the killing how does it achieve that goal when criminals can just steal guns. All it does is stop people who wouldnt have done anything in the first place.

ronnie reagan banned the automatic weapons (mulford act) because black panthers were using the 2nd amendment to patrol their neighborhoods and saw them as a threat. but when the whites were doing it (to protect their women from the black boogie man) it was cool for them not for us.

so my point was stop jumping on the band wagon.
