And what's with BM around here calling each other 'negro'? If any white person were to say the following to any of us: We'd be all up in arms over it, because quite frankly it's not that far removed from the other 'n' word that we find so offensive. I get it, it's supposed to be our way of speaking to one another condescendingly without 'crossing the line'... or whatever.... I guess...
You and those one-liners...lol With regard to the argument about other groups not just "forgetting about it", a better parallel would be with the Irish-American community. Is anyone familiar with the way Irish Catholic US citizens (not all members of the community, obviously, but in certain cities like Boston and Chicago it's pretty common) hold IRA fundraisers and sympathize with the group and can't stand the British. That has been going on since the Middle Ages. Reminds me of my late great-grandmother saying "colored", lol. When I was a kid that's what was used in professional/polite circles.
Officer Petty, Give up that candy delivery job and come work for me. ...I can offer you 20 hours a week no benefits to run lemonade stand and full commission at my shoe shine shop...All I require is a G.E.D and up-to-date child support payments. ....
Yeah because every black man who has no issue with dreads or cornrows has a GED and child support Ain't that America
Even I can admit when I'm wrong and you're right since day one you haven't been on that feminist stuff you have always been about old fashion values and gender roles so for you I will keep that in mind.
Really Where everyone wears a high and tight and ignores blatant racism because it didn't directly happen to them
