That's the beauty of college and the whole liberal, examine everything, think for yourself, equality for everyone mindset

I know for a fact that if I told my old sociology/English professors (liberal white women who pointed out social injustices/privilege all the time) that I was out protesting, they would join me on the line. They were definitely fed up with the system and how it treats blacks

There's also news that star bucks is encouraging open dialogue amongst employees concerning race

I think it's good because it lets people get stuff off their chest, instead of being adraid to touch upon current events

No actually think society is getting stronger than it ever has because people are speaking up. I don't ever remember world wide protests like this when I was growing up. The information is out there and the like minded are banning together for better or worst.
We are just are far more aware, no more waiting for information on the 10 O'clock news or CNN filtering what they want us to see.
Now there is constant video showing us what has always been there but never had a chance to see. The eye is watching now.

 

The surveillance state is real. I'm watching VladTV on YouTube and listening to Lord Jamar and Immmortal Technique giving their opinions on the police killings.
