This guy basically shot at his g/f but didn't want to go to prison so he used garner and Brown's name to justify shooting two guys who had nothing to do with garner. For all we know, they could have disagreed with the grand jury outcome. It isn't uncommon for minorities within the police to have different opinions with the rest of the police department.

Fergson police are a joke. Everything from start to finish involving mike brown raised questions at every curve.
