Those men have no relations what so ever with the case. That doctor does. again can't take their word on anything.

They have a vested interest in claiming that they can teach some roided up meathead cop to "safely apply" a chokehold, irrespective of the fact that the move is banned by several departments, in the middle of tense situation.

The REAL medical professionals, who investigate deaths, ruled the Garner's death a homicide and cited the choke as a proximate cause.

Did you watch it? ( i do realize it was long).They did repeatedly state they were not doctors but experts in neck takedowns and chokeholds ONLY.
Again, as l noted earlier when discussing this strictly from a legal aspect that there could be a possibility he would evade conviction, because lawyers have additional mitigating circumstances in his pre-existing conditions, despite what we see in those few minutes. As l noted earlier, reckless homicide or. Contribution negligence charges would definitely be easier to make stickrather than securing a murder one indictment. And that is most likely bcause the cop was technically in the "process of making an arrest" so hard for a DA to prove intent, regardless of OUR feeling otherwise or not..
Again, we trust Holder is doing a complete investigation and will let Prosecutors soon know.

 

I have stated that they are not connected in any way with the case and the doctor is. I pointed this out because I felt that the post that I had replied to did not point this out enough. I can't find the autopsy report. However, I am certain the ME will not agree with the pre-existing as again The ME ruled it a homicide.

First off, most regular people have no fucking idea who the Gracies are.

Secondly, there's no way in hell that any of those clowns would be called by a competent defense attorney as expert witnesses. They'd be immediately discredited on cross examination because of the aforementioned conflict of interest.
