What do you know? Another brother who couldn't fight the insatiable urge to grab into his pants for a non-existent gun during a confrontation with a cop.

These motherfuckers need to come up with some new material.

Back in the day cops used to steal criminals' guns and plant them on victims they wrongly killed.

But why do that when saying you thought you saw a gun is enough to walk??

    What happened to warning shots???

It was called the "Takedown Manuever." There was a movie based on a true incident involving the killing of an unarmed white boy named Randy Webster. Webster was a fun loving kid who often got into trouble. He decided to straighten up his life by joining the U.S. Navy. But, he was tempted to steal a customized van. He led cops on a high speed chase. He stopped and surrendered but the cops who were still hyped up hit him a few times. One of those hits were from one of the officer's service weapon. It went off and Webster was dead on the scene. The officer in charge gave the okay to use the "Takedown Manuever" by planting a gun on Webster's person to save their skins. But, it wouldn't last long. Warning shots are not allowed because of people being injured by stray bullets. This film and incident from which it took place in Houston, Texas.

    warning shots???

This is why they should have tasers.
A gun is a tool for killing not for warning. Those bullets can go anywhere in a city of over a million. I don't want to get shot just because he warned someone else.

Yep, there was a taser death of an 18-year old graffiti artist, Reefa Hernandez, running from police a while back in Miami.

I saw a guy use a Taser against a girl who was having an argument with him. I was 50 yards but that rapid clicking sound was unmistakable. And then the screaming was heard. The girl was still alive afterward. I heard about deaths from Taser use. But then, I had seen a guy withstand it and he wasn't high on any drugs(he was an instructor in the Corrections academy).

The response varies depending on the person, but that's something people should take into account when they consider using them. Just like a nightstick - you can knock someone out, or you can kill them.

I recall people carrying bull whips(but they were rather short in length). I had heard a story of a guy in the Old West who was about to get whipped by the sheriff for a robbery. He died before the whipping began. I saw a lot of women with mini bull whips on their purses. They were almost as popular as handcuffs.

A kid was accidentally killed by another when he was punched over a girl

He died from hitting his head on the curb after falling down but still you get the point

I wonder if the other kid is facing charges

    Another incident
