I am so glad 2009 is starting, it feels like your canvas has been swiped clean and you can start over. i cannot wait to see what goals i will accomplish in 2009 and i am happy that i will be graduating with my associates degree. If you would like i would like to hear what you have planned for 2009!!
My main resolution: I need to gain weight. It's been a stressful year for me, and under stress I lose weight immediately. I've fallen under every acceptable threshhold. My mother just told me that even though before she's always been telling me I look okay, now I don't look okay anymore. So I want to eat as much as possible, drink caloric shakes, and do moderate weight training. I did it in summer and saw results. I have a gym membership and I'll take advantage of it. I'll also try to drink plenty of water and take good care of my general health.
I wish you well with your goal. It takes dedication and i think you are strong enough to complete it.
My plan for 2009 is pretty darn exciting in my mind! Going to attend a new university, move very far away from my current location, begin a new leg of my journey in life and meet lots of new like-minded people. I also plan to dive regularly as I will be living on an island, I plan to travel to other local islands and get a feel for the area and dive of course. I also plan to seek out surf locations in said area so that I can surf over Christmas or other holidays. I plan to get better at forgiving myself and others. I'm pretty excited about this year actually, lol. :smt038
Thanks SweetAngel, I forgot to mention, congratulations on getting your degree this year - that's a wonderful accomplishment!!!
What does get some subs mean ? do you mean like when you get a sub on your pay, but if you have no job it must mean something else.
Damn i thought it was gonna be something more profound than a subway sandwich but i should have put 2 and 2 together, 19 and mentions food quite a bit in his posts lol thank you mosk for clearing things up
Co-sign. I don't see a new year as a new beginning. To me the new year is full of the shit left over from the previous year, so I'd rather have a good ending.
