So Yesterday my boss who i normally work for over the summer sent me an email wondering if i would be coming back this summer, and saying they wanted to promoted me to a naturalist. i told her that if i get into my field school then i will be gone all of july. she said if i was gone all of july that she couldnt hire me, because that was the bulk of the summer. So i emailed the director of the field school, asking if he could tell me when i would know if i am in.

he emailed me back saying that he could definitely tell me that i am accepted. so i emailed my boss back telling her, but i offered to volunteer 2-4 weeks of my time- its good to keep your contacts.


so in conclusion, this summer i will be volunteering at a nature resercation in june. and then in July I will be doing my field school on JAMES MADISON's plantation in Virginia! here is some info on it.... http://montpelier.org/explore/archaeology/fieldschools.php

and depending how i do there- i might be offered an internship-possibly paid

and if not then i told my boss at the reservation that i would volunteer two more weeks in august!

i cant wait for the summer!

this is great news! good for you! i do not however think it is a good idea for you to give this kind of detailed information about yourself here on the forum...i have now heard that at least three people here on the forum have been compromised by someone...it is not a fun situation and i would hate to see someone spoil your great fortune
