God, I hate "what abouts"

 

I don't wish to start criticizing any particular race, but I do believe western men (invariably white) are being encouraged to be non masculine.
In a way that African or Arab men don't seem to be ...... yet !

 

Its not criticizing as much as it's saddening. I've travelled extensively...l miss seeing masculine men. Maybe in Montana and Alaska they might be, lol.
Arab men and African men...as long as they aren't on any 7 wives and Sharia Law crap, l might agree.
American Black men are by far the most romantic and most masculine and most open to partnerships with their women and aware of women's Rights, all in one package. Very cool.

Okay, I'm sure they are.
West African men are also fitting the profile.
In Europe they are a mix of Christian and Muslim, depending on which region they come from.
But you might be a little unfair to them to characterise them as with 7 wives and Sharia Law.

 

Charlie Murphy told that story on the "Chappelle's Show" about how Rick James called him and his brother darkness and Rick who was on that episode pretty much confirmed.

As Charlie Murphy puts it, he and his brother at the time(the '80s) "We're the blackest niggas on the planet." lol.

 

Ohhhh..that's why l kept seeing "DARKNESSSS" everywhere when Charlie passed.
It's funny, but l never looked at Eddie as being real dark, because my ex-hubby was his shade and the first Black guy l dated at 16 that weakened my knees was darker than Eddie and Hubby.
I just love the name DARKNESS. Love too your back story on your name now.

 

I said as long as they weren't the type to..not that all African or Arab men were that. I don't rock the burqua or the dick-sharing.
