Finally got a new car yayyy!

I know this post is probably a little corny, but I'm sooo excited I finally bought a new car! It's a 25' RAV4.

 

Congratulations and nice looking car!!! I'd buy a brand new Infiniti QX55 if I could.

 

Those are nice. Too expensive for me though.

 

I was going to say a BMW X6, but those are too expensive as well lol.

Just out of curiosity, what other cars were you looking at?
I'm looking for a car right now and its between a RAV4 and Mazda CX-5

 

It was either the RAV4 or a 24' Corolla LE. The Corolla was cheaper, but I loved the RAV4.

 

Yea, you really can't go wrong with either, the RAV is bigger and more practical though

 

I drive a Camry, and if my current car dies I will probably replace it with another Toyota, because the damn things run forever and I haven't ever had any problems with any of the ones that I have owned previously. My mom bought a new RAV4 recently and so far, she loves it.

 

I had my mom's old 1988 Toyota Corolla that she gave me after I graduated. I loved it.

A Corolla was the second car I ever owned. It was a '96 and I drove it until '09. Would have driven it beyond that but the engine threw a rod and that was pretty much it. But my current car is a '16 and it's probably still got a good three or four years left. I am not buying another car until I absolutely have to. At this point, I care way more about reliability than style.

 

Totally agree. I bought a used Honda Pilot with 189K on the odometer and it still runs fine.

I am not interested in a car note or a big cash outlay for a new car, only to have it depreciate the minute I drive it off the lot.
