Hello everyone, I know these are stressful times, so I thought I would bring this to your attention. I know we get stressed over work, school, family & other things. I think that Cardio Kickboxing or Martial Arts would help you feel better. Whenever I got stressed, or had a bad day, once I done with training, I felt better. As you can see though from previous post, I haven't been training a lot. So now since there are no schools around me, I'll will have to self-train & watch a lot of Martial Arts Movies & TV Shows containing Martial Arts. You should give it a try. It will help you
