I've done some self-training today, & I have to say it put a smile on my face I really felt good. Even though I'm 46, I can still kick like I'm in my 20s which is good since I'm working on competing again. I felt confident. There is a saying in Taekwondo; "It more than just a kick & punch, It's more than a sport, it's a way of life". With a little more training, I should be a little bit more of a social person. Of course, I'll need to join a new Taekwondo school to get more of the perks. I'm way overdue for my 2nd Dan. I found a gym for my strength & conditioning part. I'll show some pics once I get settled in, & when I get a camera. In the meantime, I got a National Team to make.

Wait....so AmeriKKKa didn't literally implode (more so than it currently is) because of that Super Bowl halftime show? Goddamn snowflakes...SMDH.

 

Hahahaha...and I wonder how satisfied the snowflakes were with the oh-so-wholesome Kid Rock alternative half-time show? Kudos to Bad Bunny for interweaving the importance of Africa in Puerto Rico's culture into the halftime show, along with some modern political commentary about the island's status, the under-invested electrical utility, and the importance of all the nations in the Western Hemisphere in the definition of what makes an 'American'. Well done.
