You didn't let any of us down and have nothing to apologise for.

It takes courage to be open, honest and vulnerable in the first place, and you've been brave enough to share you inner feelings you're trying to navigate through.

No two people are the same and a lot of people lack confidence, myself included. But where you lack, you also prosper, you have a lot of self discipline from being a martial artist and that's a commendable trait to carry.

Just keep being unapologetically you, don't compare yourself to anyone else in this life, we're all in our different peaks and phases, stages and failures.

Grow yourself mentally, physically, spiritually daily, a manifest the sht outta acquiring the white woman of your dreams.

I have a question for Men who grow beards. So a week or two ago, I talk about Martial Arts. I do the Traditional kind, but I also compete in the sport kind also. I decided that I'm going to compete again. In the big tournaments I'll be in the 17-32 age range. I'm in my late 40s, even though I'm in my late 40s, I still move like I'm in my 20s I even been told I look young for my age. Here's what competing looks like. This is at the 2024 Paris Summer Games.

Since I'm older now, I have some greys in my beard so my question is. Should I keep my beard & think they going to have a easier time to be & prove them wrong, or should I shave it off to blend & fool them thinking I'm in their age group? Thanks for listening.

 

As someone who hopes to one day have a salt and pepper beard I say keep it

 

If you grew your beard as an expression of who you are keep it. If you grew your beard because it became the in fashion thing shave it.

 

Does the beard serve anything more than an aesthetic function? If it's itchy, distracting or anything of the sort, shave it.

 

As someone who has grey in their beard, keep it. I can understand the desire to dye it darker, but the way I see it I earned every one of these grey hairs. And I will wear them with pride.
