Best Way to Start a Political Movement

With all the bright talent that is evident here on this site I want to ask this.

What is the best way one can start a political movement to affect change no matter how small?

 

idea = write a bill/legislation
find other like minded people and start a group
get that group networking
put up a website
get someone already in politics to support your cause
supporters lobby their representatives in congress
find famous people that are also interested in your cause
next comes the media

idea/cause must have features and benefits that will show progress over time...it is important to do your homework so that you have start up facts
