You wanna narrow it down some for me? There are many to choose from and I don't see any that are particularly applicable. I take the same approach to politics as to I do to everything else in life. People say they don't like the options so they don't make a choice, however making a conscious decision not to choose is making a choice. That's known as apathy, indifference, cowardice, etc. It depends upon the context as to which term is most applicable, but doing nothing is in fact doing something, it's just not doing anything positive. So again my opinion is that if you aren't willing to do anything about any given thing, other than sit back and watch what happens, you lose the right to bitch about any outcome. I agree that in politics the choices are often between bad and worse, but you still have a choice. If I didn't vote, I wouldn't complain about anything done by either party because obviously if I didn't care enough to have a say, then why should I care enough to bitch later on? As with most things in life my philosophy is lead, follow, or get the hell out of the way. Just standing there doing absolutely nothing just impedes everyone else's progress.
