man, what a long day. was up at 4.45am for a 5.30am pick up for a 6.45am flight. we got to central nsw today at 2.45pm. beer and wine on arrival makes it worth it...then you talk about friends that you could never replace and then you realise that all the travel is so worth the trouble and you would do it again all over in a heartbeat...!!!

 

Back after a long absence

Hey all, it's good to be back and see what's new here. Been traveling a lot between SoFla and the upper Midwest for work and playing tennis with my son. Hope everyone has been well and had a great holiday season.

To be fair most black americans and a good bit of white americans share both traits. Its pretty simple, if you live in the Americas then youre 9 times out of 10 going to have some recent admicture.

 

My friend just texted me from the coffee shop. The fucker has sweet buxom intelligent, sexy down to earth lady as a GF, but he always goes to this shop just to get lousy compliments from couple of the Waitresses. I confronted him b4, he told me that he does not want to cheat on his girl and he cares a whole lot about her, but he just obsessed about getting compliments from theses hot waiteress. What a shame, he drives out of his way all the time for stupid meaningless compliments and flirts instead of spending great quality time with his lovely lady. The irony of life

Dont fucken call me in the middle of the night and wake me up from my sweet dream starring bunch of Danish babes who are whispering nothing but sweet things in my ears with soft delicate accents for stupid ass questions that you could have answered by looking it up in some raggdy ass text book, ass wipe.

 

The ladies naturally disapprove but there is absolutely nothing wrong with this whatsoever. He's not fucking around just flirting, and when done ethically is a good outlet and can enliven a relationship. Support your friend.

Never tried this one but same for me on Naked Juice Protein Zone. I ended up finding it at a club warehouse for about half the price of the regualar grocery store. They are really expensive. I hate when anything is healthy or good for you companies rip you off. Eating healthy shouldn't mean cleaning out your wallet.

 

Men shouldnt eat soy protein anyway so i'll keep telling myself that when im in Whole Foods.

i used to drink those. ended up switching to muscle milk when the cafeteria ran out of the good Odwalla flavors.

 

yep..For protein, Muscle Milk is much better and uses whey. But $3.50 Vanilla almond taste so much better.

My intolerance to the cold weather has gotten obnoxious. My brother even asked me last weekend if I was anemic. I'm always FREEZING. I'm usually a cold person to begin with, but it's gotten really bad.

At work, the thermostat is set at 73 and I'm freezing. It's not just my hands anymore, but I can feel the chill all the way to my bones. And my feet, forget it, I can barely feel them they're so cold.

So, I decided to finally google my intolerance to the cold. Lo and behold it appears that I have hypothyroidism. :smt091 After checking out the symptoms, I have several of them. D'oh.

Looks like I'll be making an appt to see the doctor. :-(
