Mike..you don't have to link up information on bin Laden. Trust me. We all know. You were what, nine years old when this happened? Dude. You just don't get it, and that's fine...but you really need to stop forcing that opinion down others' throats. We've been around longer than you, and I'm not even the oldest of us here, so some are well versed in what Osama bin Laden was capable of doing and DID DO...take a chill pill.
Well, I remember September 11th pretty clearly. I was in elementary school (5th grade, I think), eating my lunch, they dismissed us all, and I think my dad picked me up from school. When we got home, I went to the TV and noticed what was happening, I thought it was some sort of collapse or something. There was a lot of talk on the radio (also) when we were heading home.

I'm trying my best to not be mean to you but you really are a challenge sometimes. What on earth make you think I'm not aware of what he has done? Thats just laughable that you think you somehow have unveiled something I didn't know. You can be such a know-it-all. I do NOT condone the carnival atmosphere re his death, that does NOT mean I condone anything he has done or have sympathy for terrorists such as him. The aim should have been to bring him to justice, if that was not possible due to an exchange of fire as has been reported, then so be it, if that was the last resort - sometimes bringing someone to justice obviously don't pan out. It STILL does not mean that carnival type celebration is appropriate imo... You clearly don't get the difference there. Now let it go.
Ok. One question for you though. Did you know that his first attack occurred in 1992, and not in 1998? He also failed to graduate from a University in Saudi Arabia, he dropped out, so in a way, he and Sean Hannity are alike, because both of them haven't finished college.
The reality of what Osama Bin Laden has done is not in question...never has been. And I have no love for the man...no love at all.. ...but the way we are acting should be beneath us. It should shame us. I see not difference in this and the way the Somalis paraded through the street of Mogadishu with the body of the dead American warrior.
How do we moderate how other people act? I think it's something we have no control over. In this case, there's no "higher authority" to tell people what to do.
