Recruiting and hiring are two different things technically ...are you actually meaning they hired a bunch? Or trying hard to fill positions?
Ok. So you see your second to last and last line...a lawyer might hone in on that in cross. Also l remember the family contesting it in an interview... would have to look for it
That I don't recall seeing. I do recall the emt's being told to not help or something similar to that.
Here is the Gracies break- down of the choke if you wanted to view it...it's interesting, if nothing more.. [HDYT]Nql1xRtWKOU[/HDYT] Direct link: http://youtu.be/Nql1xRtWKOU
Listening to Ana Kasparian on Joe Rogan podcast and they're talking about it and baby girl is getting so emotional. Love her real talk.
Where in the video are you seeing him cuffed and still being choked? Can you give the time section on the video.?
They only had one hand my bad but its around 1:40 in this video didn't feel like rewatching the 40 minute one again http://www.theguardian.com/us-news/...ant-breathe-eric-garner-chokehold-death-video What's really weird is where the hell are the loose cigarettes? Doesn't this in fact make this whole thing brutality if the very thing they were arresting him for wasn't even there.
And you certainly should. In fact, here are his words: Preliminary Autopsy: Showed no damage to Garner’s windpipe or neck bones. Medical examiner attributed his death to homicide – death due to “Compression of neck, compression of chest and prone positioning during physical restraint by police.” Autopsy further notes Garner died due to acute and chronic bronchial asthma, obesity, and heart disease. Garner went into cardiac arrest in transport. ...Again, those men are experts in sumission and chokeholds, and the doc is an expert in autopsy. Very clear on that.
NYPD BANNED choke holding a long time ago so the Cop was WRONG in chokeholding Garner. The ILLEGALITY was captured on tape and that is all that matters to me.
