Number two, in Akai's death, the rookie cop was immediately suspended and it's still being investigated. It will likely be negligent homicide because he discharged into a dark stairwell and the bullet ricochet off a cement wall and hit Akai.
But most importantly the reason Sharpton is not involved like he is with Brown and Gardner is because Akai's family don't want a circus, they want answers.
