I was told it means someone died at one point. I'm not sure if that's American culture however.

 

LOL, are you joking or you really don't know. For some it's drug den signals, others it's gang territory. They are all over my city in certain n'hoods.

I am trying hard to think of a question, lol...being so obsessed with American culture :heart: all my life, I make it my business to quench my thirst..Dammit there has to be something I don't know, but wonder about...
