This is fascinating.I have to admit I did not know the extent of the hatred that mexicans and other hispanics have toward blacks. What makes this dangerous in my mind is the silence from blacks. As the demographics swing greater in the direction of hispanics i can only wonder what the dynamics will be in the future when the hispanics demand their share of the economic, political and social pie. Blacks will again have the foot of a new oppressor on their necks. Watch how silent it will be on this site toward this subject. Hate the whites yet a new enemy is on the horizon.

 

If you want to see what the future for Blacks in America under a Latino majority...just look at how Black people in latin america are treated.

Bro, you cannot run away from racism. It's everywhere even in Canada. It comes a time you have to stand and fight. I will bring this topic up on our local radio talk show (WNIS) here in Norfolk Virginia and see what kind of discussion we get here. Radio moderator Tony has brought up a number of my subject concerns that I have sent in to him in the past. Some as created heated discussions across the state. Those of you living here in Virginia tune in to 790 between 6:00 to 9:00 in the coming week. We have a large illegal immigrant population here. We had incidents happen here that involved killings by illegals especially the one that involved a black teenage girl who was deliberately runned down by an illegal in a car. Stay tune to see if I can get this subject aired.

Nope. Gotta disagree with you there. Went to Montreal with my husband. It is exactly the opposite experience racially than the United States. It's like being on another planet. No hostility, no prejudice, no guardedness, no tension, no racial stress. You really don't even recognize how fucked up racially this country is until you experience "different", and that's what Montreal is. Nothing even remotely like us, racially. Like another planet. I really can't over emphasize it enough.

 

The history of most Latin American Countries involves White colonizers showing up and diving up the resources so that the more light skinned you were, the more you had. They were taught they could keep getting these resources so long as they oppressed the darker skinned Latinos and were obedient to the White colonists whenever they showed up.

In many of these countries, this racial inequity was followed by one revolution after another. Usually the revolution was won by whomever was the greatest fighter. That guy would make grand promises about taking from the rich and giving to the poor. Once in a great while, racism would be addressed as part of the inequity that needed to be reversed. After the revolution, the new guy would inevitably become corrupted by wealth or power, or simply fail at governance. Inevitably, fighting a war would be unlike running the country, and the rest of the government would either be full of other incompetent soldiers or the same racist corrupt light skinned class that caused the problems.

In some notable cases, one failed revolutionary government would be replaced by another revolution, which would be replaced by another revolution, until the country had been through the whole cycle so many times that it became used to endless, lawless war. Meanwhile, any position of governance or authority became associated with corruption and criminality, until only criminals wanted positions of authority, leaving the wholesome, honest intellectual types basically voiceless.

Those original Colonists set up a plan not only to fill their pockets but to reflect their idealism: causing minorities to oppress themselves, with each shade paler stepping on the neck of the slightest shader darker than themselves. In both missions, the financial and ideological heirs of those Colonists continue to succeed. Ginormous corporations run by rich White people from other countries (oftentimes the literal descendants of former colonists) pay overseas labor nothing for their work, privatize the water, squeeze every last penny they can from the lower classes. Meanwhile, the racist hierarchy they created remains firmly rooted in most of these countries, and like poverty has probably grown exponentially with each unfortunate revolution designed to eradicate it.

 

Yeah I was going to say that. Countries that don't have a deep history of slavery and racism usually aren't as racially divided. People think racism is innate but it's definitely not true.

 

The racial climate can change just like the weather.

Black people should start building/re-building our own nations in the Carribean and Africa.

We deserve better than America..Europe..and Canada.

 

Bro, I admire your passion, but black folks are just not going to rebuild and develop the kind of society that will benefit them all. The history of blacks whether in the Caribbean, Continental Africa, or here in the Americas has shown that we are too divided based on a history of conquest and divide and rule which has developed a mindset of dependency that exist to this day. It may never change. Look at just the violence among our own. Just in the United States alone blacks have killed each other at rates that exceed all of the wars since the Korean war. The only way is for each person of African descent is to develop themselves individually to the highest possible means for themselves and not for the race. I may be criticized for this thinking. Oh well.

Truth is...this land is and always will be a cemetary for Black people....and being that this Country will SOON be a latino majority..it will only become more dangerous.

I gotta mention tho, that many of the people who have the will to do such a thing also genuinely hate bm/ww couples. I could be wrong, but I think that even includes the Church for Men Only.

You do deserve better. But you also deserve the freedom to date who you want.

 

When this country becomes mexico jr they will hate on BM/WW couples worse than southern rednecks.

 

They hate BM/non-BW couples. They hate BM with attractive BW. They seem to only like the butch/masculine looking sistas.

To them, any black woman who goes to the beauty supply store is a sellout.
