Anyone with a FASCINATION/DRAWN

to a particular civilization?

I'm really hooked and forever have been with the ancient Egyptians. I find myself not being able to get off of the TV when there's a documentary about it, bought books etc .
Saw some mummies in the Louvre Museum in Paris, but have yet to see Egypt. Also like to see Italy's masterpieces.

This is a very interesting topic...
Although there ar many civilizations that really appeal to me, I`ve always been fascinated by the native americans and the "complex simplicity" of the way they lived.

The way they respected mother nature, while living in a close communion with it. The way they built their "tee-pees", the shoes they made, their clothes, the beautiful motifs on them...their art, the way they tamed horses like no others after europeans introduced them into America.

Their fearless view of death, symbolized by the phrase some great warriors liked to say before a battle: "it`s a beautiful day to die".

Well...I guess I would have loved to be a Chiricahua or a Navajo warrior

 

Iam generally fascinated by ancient history whether its greece/rome/egypt/japan/china or whatever. I am just amazed at the things that some of the civilizations could build that even today we do not to how they were able to do it.

 

I think the Incas are fascinating.

 

Maybe we've all been a member of that particular civilization in our previous life thats why we are attracted to it. Maybe I was an Egyptian (as far as I know they were black) and thats also why I am attracted to black men. LOL.
Seriously now, do you think there's any seed of truth in karma, what goes around comes around, karmic connections between people, nothing ever happens by chance, etc.....or maybe I should start another topic on this.

 

I remember roaming thru an interracial sex forum and a married WW started getting fucked by a BM (latter started pimping her out to others). She was so hooked on the lifestyle that it bothered her and she (and the BM) underwent hypnosis...turns out she was his sex-slave in ancient Egypt! :shock:

Hence, the magenetic and inevitable attraction between her and him. :lol:

I read and feel drawn to the histories before regular history (as in Atlantis, Mu, etc). The whole possibility of alien influence or interaction with humans, parallel and multiple dimensions, psychedelic mushrooms and the shamans who use them to communicate with otherworldly entities.

Hell, even quantum physics and its postulation of the 10 dimensions of the (this) universe...

This thread flatters me so much, since I also have a fascination with the Ancient Egyptians, and have discovered that I used to be one in a past life...

and not only that, but pretty much anything relating to history and/or the occult is intriguing to me. 8)



What Lucifer posted is also a possibility, after all whatever karma we had from the past life is a reflection on this life as well.

Well seems I was a woman priest in ancient Sumatra.....but I tend to not believe these things.
I do believe though that everything happens (or doesnt happen) for a reason.
