On the heels of the other thread about what things make for good dates.... Tell the story of your best date experiences. Mine was verrrrrrrrrrry long ago and I honestly don't even remember the entire date. I know we were dressed up. But I have always rememberd that after we went wherever it was we went...he took me to this little park and danced with me in the moonlight while singing softly in my ear. It was very sweet and it felt like time stood still and we were the only two people on the planet.
Dating Experience I haven't experienced a very well planned date; however, I've had moments were going to the movies with someone in my home town was good. Also, a nice quite evening, including a nice deserved cooked meal sounds excellent. However, I am an entertainer using words, sound (making vocal music) and sometimes comedy. My interest is invested to please my date, so that we will have many seasons of fun and laughter.
The best date was when my ex-husband took me to three nice bars in a row. He took me to Zanzibar, Mercury, and then some other spot in the city. We just chilled and had a great time that night... it was great to just spend some time together, which was a rare luxury for us  .
My best date was when I was 17. The guy packed a picnic basket and picked my up literally on a white horse for a ride down the beach. It was so Harlequin romance and sweet. However, unbeknowst to me, I had an allergy to horses. After about an hour, my eye swelled up shut and I had trouble breathing. I had to be rushed to to hospital for a hydrocortizone shot. He stayed by my side the entire time. Ending up in the hospital is sure not the idea date, but it was best in terms of being so much like a frickin fairy tale.
OH MY GOD! This is such a good story! I totally pictured every part! You must have felt really terrible... but my goodness that's funny! Thanks for sharing!
hard to qualify something as the best date.. they are all different and all special (most) for different reasons.. I enjoyed one recently where I went out with this guy for dinner.. and we walked for hours talking along the beach..
Honestly,I felt physically terribel because I looked like a Cyclopes. I also felt bad because my darn allergies but a HUGE crim into something that was so romantic. However, it did end well and was a nice relationship while it lasted. You want funny? Let me tell you about my wedding sometime. That was a comedy of errors Anyhow, great to see you back Pearl!!! Where HAVE you been????
My god she looked good in a black and white outfit and high heels that matched. She took my breath away. I felt at first unworthy to be with her. But it turned out to be a night out on the town I will never forget. The dinner, the movie and the jazz night club will always stay in my meomory as the best date.
