By the title, I thought this was going to talk about the best positions for being in different settings or circumstances (i.e., in public, in a house where there are people in the next room, in the shower, etc.)

I don't know much about the situations this article talks about, but I am gonna offer some of the best positions for certain circumstances.

Outdoors or In Public: Doggy...The woman can just drop trou or hike up her skirt/dress, and bend over. It's really convenient for dangerous quickies of this sort. Plus there may not be any furniture around to sit or lie on (unless y'all wanna get freaky in the grass, which I've also done).

In the Shower: Doggy...doggystyle is really the only comfortable position in the shower. Fuck what they show in movies, if you don't wanna bust your ass in that hard-ass tub, then stick with doggy in the shower.

First thing in the Morning: Spoon Position (Sideways from the back). It's a great way for a surprise entry if y'all slept in that position, and are still naked. It's probably the best lazy position, and great when you're still tired. Also, it's not really sexy to be smelling each other's morning breath, so this beats the hell outta missionary for this occasion.

In a house with other people: Missionary is good for this, because it lends itself to being a more quiet. Also, upright reverse cowgirl is good for this (especially if she's wearing a skirt) if you think someone my walk in on you. It's easier to cover up if you hear someone coming (no pun intended).


Really doggystyle is the all-purpose position. It is really applicable in the vast majority of situations.

You don't need to take notes when it's really all about chemistry and flow... If it feels good and feels right, do it? Where there's will, there's always a way, a time, and imagination to make it all come together.

Debatable here, but it's always a teacher/student trade-off. You're both always going to be teaching and learning... Vocal suggestions are helpful both ways...

 

completely agree nocie. i don't think that there is such a thing as wrong when it comes to consensual sex between adults. the only limits we face are the ones that we put upon ourselves. exploration, experimentation and open communication are vital ingredients (imo) to having a healthy relationship and sex life with your partner.
