This clip expresses my feelings exactly. It is not the fault of the american people for being unemployed. It is those damned politicians that destroyed this country from both political parties that have put us allin this dire situation we find ourselves as a nation frfom the prime loan mess in the housing market to reckless spending to these unconsitutional undeclared wars that we are fighting in which uncounted billions of dollars are lost and cannot even be accounted for. When it comes to helping people who are down in this country the damned politicians squirm. We it comes to giving thugs in other countries our tax money the damned politicians have not problem doing that which they are so good at and that is giving away our money. So help me god I will remember in November.

This is just the GOP's strategy to demonize the unemployed - it is straight out of the "welfare queen" handbook.

The well-to-do have been calling the poor lazy or something similar for centuries. If not that it was the poor people's depraved culture or damnable mortality. Basically, it's poor people's fault. The scholars Noam Chomsky and Micheal Parenti have lots of information on this topic. The poor people's position in society is always related to policies instituted by elites to enrich themselves.
