Favorite Foods

Since this is a dating site and a site to share personal interests. I am suprised no one talked about their favorite foods or meals. So, I have a couple of questions.

1. What is your favorite meal?

2. Do you know how to cook and/or bake? If you cook and/or bake,
what is your "famous" dish?

3. What is your favorite dessert?

i think i have a hundred of favourite meals, but to sum it up, pretty much all involve meat

i can cook and bake and i really like to also :tonqe: and i especially like to eat !

my fav dessert are chocolate cakes :wink:

 

1. My favorite meal has to be either barbeque or fried chicken, with buttery mashed potatoes, green beans, and homemade biscuits or rolls. It was my grandmother, and my mother's speciality.

2. I know how to cook and bake fairly well, and my "famous" dish is brownies because no one I know can make them quite like me.

3. Oreo ice cream cake

 

My favourite meal would have to be scalloped potatoes and ham. i can cook, and my most famous dish would be chili. i'm not much of a dessert eater, but when I do, it's chocolate cheesecake.

My favorite meal would have to be pizza and seasoned fries. I can't cook a lick. I usually buy some oven ready stuff and just pop it on in there, or i usually just order some fast food like every other poor college student..lol And fav dessert would definitely have to be chocolate cake with a glass of ice cold milk.

I don't really cook but I like to bake. My apple cheesecake is a favourite no matter where I bring it.

My favourite dish is our traditional Christmas dinner (Germany) it's a green cabbage served with a sausage and tomatoes followed by Spaghetti Bolognese. Yummy

 

Well, my first response was meant to be a bit of joke :?, but whatever.

Steaks (sirloin, in particular) are my favorites, I prefer green veggies (minus peppers) and carrots and potatoes, fruits (strawberries, bananas, green apples, plums, pears, oranges, pineapple, peaches), rotisserie and baked and grilled and charbroiled chicken (usually like teryaki as the marinade), cornbread and macaroni and some other types of dinner rolls and other random things as well. I'm a fan of vanilla and strawberry milkshakes and ice creams...red velvet cake...apple pie.

We would be a great team since I'm a talented cook but can't bake .... I think that's because my mother never baked either. It's one of my favorite childhood memories: Me, sitting on the drawer cabinet in the kitchen watching her while she was cooking ... I loved do that for hours without getting bored.

It's hard to talk about food without thinking about sex. To me, an excellent meal and good sex have a lot in common. They are both sensuous and stimulating to your senses: sight, touch, smell, taste ...

I also believe that you can draw conclusions from watching someone eat to what kind of lover he might be, for instance someone who just simply bolts down food, only eats what he knows from mama and always orders the same dish in a restaurant, compared to someone who really loves to indulge in various meals, takes his time to really taste, smell and feel it and who isn't afraid to try something new ...

 

You know we had/have a thread around here somewhere that covered stuff like favorite foods, music, movie, your sign and some other stuff.
But this is cool too.

Favorite food overall would be pizza or almost any Italian dish- Without meat.

If I can put it in a microwave and I don't need to press more than 4 buttons - Then I can cook!!!

Favorite dessert??? Let me get back to you on that.

what is your "famous" dish?are you kidding? I'm from the midwest. You have to know how to cook. As for favorite.. not sure I have a favorite. Pizza, Stir Fry, Spaghetti and Meatballs, Chicken Fetticine, Steaks, Twice Baked Potatoes, etc etc etc..

My taste in food varies according to when pregnant and when not pregnant! But in general I have a sweet tooth. I love cooking all kinds of dishes from traditional English, to Italian, Chinese, Thai...and now Nigerian!

1. What is your favorite meal? I love sweet and sour King Prawn balls with egg fried rice, I love jollof rice and I adore yam with garden egg.

what is your "famous" dish? My "famous" dish with Iffy is Shepherds Pie!

3. What is your favorite dessert? Home made ice cream, strawberries with champagne or chocolate truffle cake.

 

I have to say my favorite dish is Fried chicken baked macaroni and cheese and collard greens. I also love foo foo and ethiopian food good lawd.

Anyway my favorite food is Filet Mignon and loaded mashed potatoes with extra sour cream.....from J.Alexaders witha nice bottle of wine. Sounds like a good date too but I'll even do it by myself. I just found out they have one down here in the A.

 

That sounds really good bmanz. I gotta try that one day. It'll be good for me to eat something besides pizza and burgers all the time..lol Well, i can't drink any wine, but maybe i'll have some grape juice with that meal instead. :wink:

 

Oh yes....Fillet mignon rocks my socks, especially when it is still red.

How come you can't drink wine, Bryant? I used to hate it, but have decided it agrees with me much more than hard liquor, so i've tuahgt myself to like it.

 

I'm fearful of drinking any alcoholic beverages because i'm terrified of my fathers severe case of alcoholism being passed down to me. I saw what kind of person he turned into (which is the exact opposite of the kind of person i'd ever wanna be), and because i'm a believer that alcoholism can be genetic, i usually just stick to juices and safe things like that. :wink:
